How to Redeem the Funds
To redeem units of the fund it is important that unit-holders follow the steps outlined below. The basic requirements apply to all investors.
Basic Requirements
1. Download the redemption request form from the website.
2. Complete redemption form and ensure that the following is observed:
3. Personal details are filled.
4. Number of units to be sold is stated. Please note that the minimum amount you may have in your account is N100, 000 worth of units.
5. A preferred mode of payment is clearly stated. This could be a crossed draft (“cheque Issuance”) or a direct transfer into client’s account. The account number stated should be in the same name with the investment. Note that transfers to third part(ies) are not allowed.
6. Client signs (ensure signature mandate is regular).
7. Send the completed form, original fund certificate and a valid means of identification to the Head, Asset Management, Zenith Capital Limited, 87 Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos through any Zenith Bank Branch nearest to you or through a reliable courier system.
In addition to the above stated requirement the following investor are enjoined to submit additional documents
Individual Applicants
Individual applicants should refer to basic requirements.
Joint Applicants
1. Redemption form should be signed according to mandate
2. Valid means of identification must be submitted for both applicants.
Minor
1. Redemption form must be signed according to mandate
2. In the absence of a valid means of identification, a parent who purchased the funds on behalf of his/her child may submit their means of identification and provide the birth certificate of the child.
Limited Liability Company
1. Board resolution stating that they would like to redeem units of the fund.
2. Certificate of incorporation

5. Valid means of identification in respect of the individual signatories.
Sole Proprietorship
1. Certificate of registration
2. Form of application for business name
3. Letter on company letter head stating that they would like to redeem units of the fund.
4. Valid means of identification in respect of the individual signatories.
Religious Bodies
Same as Sole Proprietorship
International Investors
International Investors should ensure that their transfer details are accurate in order to avoid delays in repatriating proceeds and send an email to info@zenith-funds.com informing us of the redemption.
